x22 pocket bike help?

i recently got a x22 pocket bike and im having some trouble with it
i bought a new battery for it but it wont hold a charge and it doesnt idle very well even after i drained and cleaned the carb and cleaned the air filter and suggesitons?
 
It's Chinese Crap. If you had asked before buying we would have told you not to. If you didn't ask or bought it anyhow you now know why. You can try talking to the people you bought it from -- everything is sold with a basic warranty of being suitable for the use it was sold for.
