I am not a medical professional but can give you a general impression of what your report says....You'll notice the wrd "MINIMAL" is used in almost every description. This is good news and indicates that the problems you have are slight. Overall there are some degenerative changes at the L5-S1 level.

Going in order:

There is a slight narrowing of the disc in between the lurabar 5 vertebra and the sacral 1 vertebra. The disc is the spongy material that serves as a cushion between the bones. Yours has shrunk slightly in size...but minimally.

Retrolisthesis is a slippage of one vertebra over the top of the one next to it. Again, yours is very minor, measuring only a couple millimeters. There is a slight change in the facet joint which is from degeneration...and which s allowing the vertebra to slip forward.

Also the X-ray showed some small calcium "stones" in the veins that are located in the pelvis. The x-ray picked them up because they are a kind of bony deposit that x-ray film is able to photograph. They were noticed only because the technician was making images of your lower back...they are not important or of any consequence. They are just mentioning them in the report because they show up on the image.

Hope that helps. Do you have lower back pain or why did you get x-rays?
