ok, so remember when Professor Xavier was teaching the class and he showed the video of the guy that was totally comatose with no brainwaves but functioning body.


in the end of the movie it appears he transferred his mind into that brain dead guy. so...Prof X lives again!

He says something to the nurse "thank you for taking care of me" (something like that)
and the nurse replies shocked "Charles!"
