I have a 3000 square foot two story Brick home on slab with seven bedrooms and three baths in the country with six acres and tennis court for sale outside of Minden, Louisiana for $179000. I made a website at www.evergreen4sale.com and need to know what words should I use to get listed on search engines. what does average person type in when looking for this type home. It also has two fireplaces, granite counters, marlbe in baths, New roof, New carpet and flooring, brick Pavers, Cathedral ceiling in kitchen w built in appliances. I am a realtor and trying to sell this as cheap as I can without spending money on advertising and I was hoping to sell beforelong or I will need to list it and then the price will go up. I need to get information out there, dont know quite how. I have put it on Craigslist, that helped but your suppose to only put it on once site suggestions any key word suggestions would be appreciated.
