knowing where to stop at a stop sign(like before the white line, at the line, or a little after the white line)
how many feet something can stick out of the back of your vehicle before you have to put a flag on it.
how many mph a construction vehicle or tractor can go
which way to turn you wheels when you park uphill or downhill, with or without a curb
and what differnt signs mean (do not enter, yield, no u turn, etc,)

the sign part is really easy no way you can fail that. the other ones are harder, just random stuff like high beams and distance from busses

the permit test is pretty easy... you should focus more on studying the signs.. the multiple choice questions are common sense.

at least in chicago...

google...
permit test questions in (your state)

they will try to trick you..read the question 2-3 times and make sure you know the manual front to back

You shouldn't worry about ANYTHING. Keep your head cool. If you know the material/driving you'll do fine. :)

Well, where do you live? We need to know where so we know what test you will be taking. Also is it for your learner's permit or your license permit? That also makes a difference in our answers.

If its for your license, in the US, you will need to get really good with parallel parking (all in one motion-line up your car with the target, turn the wheel then manuver it in all at once. No backing up or forward or else points off). Also you want to be good with merging on the freeway. And practice stopping exactly on a line.
