wtf is "javaw.exe"

i installed gnutella as the installer dictated

then when i attempt to run the program windows starts searching for a missing file : "javaw.exe"

why does a program not come with a file it NEEDS to operate

can anyone help me with this problem

Never mind what it is. Just click browse, go to the windows folder, and get javaw.exe. Alternatively, just copy it to the system folder and it won't bother you again.

And now YOU. If you had just read the post that said "FIX FOR 1.5 MISSING JAVAW.EXE", you wouldn't have had to post. I've seen about a 1000 posts that say theEXACT SAME THING because everybody is too ignorant to actually check.
