I've been looking at bridal garters online, and I see tons of "prom garters". I don't remember anyone talking about these when I was in high school. Why would a kid want a garter for prom?
I have no clue. But a bunch of seniors this year are having their boyfriends remove their garters just as grooms do at weddings. I personally think its rediculous but... that's only me.
