Johnson had about 300 yards and everything, how in the heck did they still lose. That was an ugly a** win the the texans. Besides detroit everyone knows the Texans are the worst team in the nfl. They are a bunch of underdogs who loses to everyone. Granted they have this thing about them that makes them pull out these "cheap secret undercover" wins but they never blow abybody out. Plus a 3 point win is not a real win, but I guess like any "scavengers" they take what they can get. What I cant grasp though is how the titans are pulling that same crap they did 2 years ago. They rely waaaay to much on running the d*mn ball instead of putting it in the air (especially on 3rd down conversions, knowing your not going to convert on a freakin run on 3rd down unless your barry sanders and there will never be another barry sanders). Also they rely too much on freakin field goals. Still, how can a team score so much and still lose? How does a team that scored so much also let the other team score so much. I mean c'mon defense GET IN FRONT OF THE D*MN RECIEVERS. 0-2 IS NOT A GOOD START FOR THE SEASON. Especially for the fans because now we got to hear ALL week that we got beat by the sorry a** Texans, and no matter what we say people are still going to say we lost and ride us, not to mention another lost on the record. How does a team who has great players and great defense (especially from last season) do so badly. This just sends out a message to the entire NFL that we are not the contenders everyone thought we was, and that we are still the same underdog team that gets beat by everyone and that no team in the nfl is afraid. I hate that we cant capitalize on our season last year. Thats was our start of being a feared team in the NFL and now they have just screwed that all to h*ll with this lost by the texans. We might as well have lost to the d*mn cheerleaders. You would think we would have a lot of fire to win especially since mcnair died. What better way to honor the man that took us to the super bowl than to go back and WIN.
Jeff Fisher is a good coach but makes terrible calls in crucial games. Points doesnt win games strategy does. A team could score all day but the one who is in the lead and knows how to manage the clock to their advantage is the winner everytime. This game proved that. Titans always got to play catch up in the last 2 minutes of EVERY F***ING GAME. You would think Fisher would have learned his lesson by now about this.
