Wtf buyer

Hello... first off before you read the rest I want to apologize for this. I well under my ebay name, purchased the ps3. I have a 100 percent rating with over 60 transactions. I take care of my nephew who is 13. He wanted a ps3 as do most young kids. He went under my account like an idiot and bought the system. I leave all my passwords laying out so he logged in and paid. Well after he realized I would obviously find out he relisted the item and tried to sell it to make the money back. Well I logged in this morning and saw what he did. On your page it says you have a 3 day return policy. I hate to do this but I have to return the item. I can't afford over 3,000 dollars for a system let alone anything. I am going down to the post office and I am going to ship it back so you will have it within the 3 day return policy. I am so sory for this I feel terrible and my nephew is already grounded. I hope you will followyou return policy and can understand where I'm coming from. I hope you don't leave me a negative feedback for this mistake as I am sorry and I am following your policy on the page.

That is what he said. I am not going to be refunding his money becuase of a nephew error, especially becuase he openly leaves his passwords lying around. Now what should I do?

My refund only stated if I didn't receive it I would refund. Not the buyer regretted purchasing. Also, I sold it for 3511, so if i refund his money, then I will lose about 2 grand when reselling.

Meaning that if the seller for some reason wasn't able to get a ps3. So he probably put up the auction before he actually had the unit in his hand.

Exactly, it was a pre order auction from tuesday, 3 day auction, I strategically placed it to end when the fanboys got home from camping without getting one

Hello,
I am sorry to hear about that. I am also sorry to say that I cannot offer a refund becuase of buyer regret. My refund stated that if I didn't receive the item within 3 days, I would refund the buyer. Not if the buyer isn't able to afford it or an issue such as this arrises. I am sorry, but your issue with your nephew is your issue, not my issue. I had several people bidding on it, and I cannot offer a refund. I am sorry.
Thanks
Danny

That's the auction.

You should be in the clear, because the return details are clearly stated that it's only if you didnt get the console. Not only that but when they listed it, they copied some of what you had in your auction and used it in theirs:

If they try and open a dispute, bring that to e-bay's/paypal's attention and see what they have to say

It is already shipped. It should arrive within the next three hours and 12 minutes. Overnight ftw.

He will not be receiving his money, and most likely will get a NEG if this persists.
