My aunt just found this information for me so go check it out and I recommend after you go to TripAdvisor and type in Hyatt Regency Miami Downtown than you will see several reviews that stated they got bitten by bed bugs. The Hotel Manager is just covering it up so people will stay at their hotel anyway.
I'm staying so where else now.
