I have hired Rental Car in Abu Dhabi for Short Term i.e. from 14th Nov to 3rd Dec 2010.After few days of use the car got break down on Abu Dhabi - Dubai highway on 25th Nov 2010. I called the Car rentals and with his permission towed the car by recovery van to rentals office and exchanged car to continue my contract.
After completion of my contract I went to settle dues and found the Car rental is wrongly charging me for car repairs, besides charging me for repairs duration. Total wrongly booked charges are about Dhs 8,000
Am I suppose to pay this?
Please note after using car for few days exactly on 21st Nov 2010 I have complained about poor condition of the car and requested to replace it with good one which they did not do.
Is there any way to register the complaint and to whom? Please advise me.
