Was this ever on at the cinema?

Watched it this afternoon, found it a bit more gory than the first one and the hillbillys were just gross.

Wasn't a good idea to watch whilst eating soup for lunch lol
 
Straight to DVD for this though the studio wanted a release in the cinema after they saw the finished film (the director refused I think).
It's a fun gory 'no-brainer' of a movie, and a lot better than the first as it doesn't take itself too seriously. Any film that has Henry Rollins fighting in-bred cannibals is fine by me.
Best served after a 'few' beers.
 
i saw it at frightfest at the cinema. its quite good - director was there he wanted it to go to cinemas but the studio said it wasn't good enough
