I went to a mechanic to change my oil for my car 2005 ford mustang mileage 59,400 the owners manual said to use 5w-30 but the guys put 10w-30 synthetic. I said my car uses 5w-30 and he said something about the temperature cause summer coming going up (I live where its almost 90 degrees everyday in summer) and it won't really do nothing bad. Is this true and nothing bad will happen or I'm a over reacting? Thanks!
