Hello everyone. I am a 13 year old girl who wants to be a writer. From the time i was a little kid, i aspired to be like JK Rowling. I know that is an awfully high goal to set for myself, but it's what i want to do. I believe I am already a good writer, but that's only part of it. What I am asking from you, the citizens of Y!A, is to list some writing techniques that are required to be a good writer, and possibly instructions or tips on how to perfect them, or a link which can tell me.
I've still got tons of time in the future to land books on the shelves, but why start then when I can start now? The one thing in my life I've always wanted is to have a piece of my work on the shelves, that will be there and preserve my memory before, and long after I'm gone. If I could just do that, no matter how young or old I am, That would be good enough. So this is why I am asking this. If you know, then don't hesitate to tell me.
