Need points to include in essay, so far I have Low self esteem and eating disorders but i need another one...

This is my thesis:
The physical perfection the media portrays has a profound influence on men and women forming unrealistic body images which may lead to an increase of unhealthy lifestyles.


so basically, i need another point of an unhealthy lifestyle




please help!
