Writing an article about how bad pet shops are...Help on ideas?

What could I write?

Lack of space: I've seen 3 dogs kept in 1 small cage, 30 goldfish is a 10 gallon tank, 10 hamsters in 1 cage etc...

Handling of pets: ???

Pet vaccinations: I heard petshops inject dogs with 'terestrol' or something so they don't grow to big; bad news is it kills them early...

Anything else?
 
I've just finished watching a show called 'Cops on Camera'.
The cops stopped a car & arrested a guy for stealing a goose from a pet shop.He said he wanted to give it a better home.I believe him,because,guess what?The goose was wearing a seatbelt!
