Writing a play for English class?!?

[Hello.]

For English class we all wrote down issues that we may personally have, or issues other people have that aren't talked about. We then picked these out of a hat and had to write a poem, play, or short story. I got stuck with a play :/ The topics I received are drug abuse or a dog being sent away. So one must be chosen and write a play about it. Please give me ideas on what to write! It has to be 4 pages (double spaced) but I have nothing!
