For my school coursework I have to write a letter inviting people for a job interview.I am the EMPLOYEE.
So far I have:

Dear John Smith
We have received your application and we are pleased to invite you for the job interview. Your interview will be held on the 1st April 2009 at 9 am in room F045.
If you cannot make it for that date please let us know as soon as possible so we may get notice.
You must be on time otherwise you may lose your interview slot.
We look forward to meeting you and good luck.
