Writing a C.V for apprenticeship?

Ok im British and im 16 turning 17 next July. This is my first time writing a C.V, it is too a engineering apprenticeship to a aircraft industry. I have never written a c.v before and can you help me? Shall i put it in a word document and send like like that?
Also what things do i put? can you help me with like the content e.g personal details?
