by the us? write a web page using HTML,CSS and PHP the page shall display atable that is editable by the user,the table shall contains 3 columns and display all rows which the user submitted previously in the last row there shall be a text input feilds in column1 and 2 column 3 shall contains a send button if the user fills out the two input feilds and submits by hitting the send button the submitted row will displayin the table the 3rd column of all submitted rows contains delete links with which the user can delete each row
