I an going to have to get a Writ of Procession after I go for this Eviction. I am in Austin, Texas. I have a leasing agent & the tenant put a stop payment on money orders she gave him & I told her she was living rent fee and that was trespassing. Police were out to arrest-her on a different warrant and she then left after they left. I think it was because she thought I had filed on her for trespassing. She left everything in the unit. I guess I will have to get a Writ Of Procession after I go for the Eviction, but I want to know if I can keep some of the stuff after I get the Writ to sell to make up for the loss rent & damages or do I have to sit it all at the curb? She has some nice things.
