I have a Writ Of Possession that will be served this week, but the Tenant Council called me and they want me to let her stay unit they can locate her which will not be long and they will give me the two months rent that is due. They said that Obama gave credit for this sort of thing. Will this mess up my Writ of Possession and her getting terminated from the Section 8 program? I hate to loose almost $2,000 if I can help it.
