Writ Garnishment on payrol! What to do?

I have 4 writ garnishments against my payroll. one is for Childsupport which is #1 and I will be paying for the next 4 years as my son is 18 and the court order says it is until age 21. (there are no arrears owe)

# 2, 3, & 4 are three different income execution entered against me from 3 different credit card companies in 2006/2007. These credit cards went into default around 2001/2002.

My payroll department keeps telling me that these writs are active and to avoid deductions in the future (once Child support is done) I have to send them proof of release order. I've gone to court and they find no judgements opened against me, nothing shows up on my credit report and when I order the cases by the court case id # they come back as "disposed".

I have been told not to contact the plaintiff/marshal as it will reinstate the status of limitations.

Can anyone tell me what should I do? Is there a way to have these creditors show up to court and negotiate a settlement now or vacate the judgement all together as they are all really old? I just want to get it off my paychecks and settled now rather then wait 4 years as they are currently collecting interest and are 3x more then the original debt.

please advise.
