Hi I have been having trouble with my wrists on both hands for the last couple of years. It started where sometimes they would just really ache. But recently I was doing a job where i had to take out a water softener. I offered to dispose of the unit for the customer so took it to the local rubbish tip where i picked it up off the back of my van and as i throw it over the wall it was as if my right hand wrist just gave way. I went to bed that night with it hurting and when i woke in the morning it was unbearable. I thought I had broken it or something so went to the hospital where a bone specialist tried to move it but it was to pain so i went for an x-ray. X-ray came back but no broken bones. this was about 3 weeks ago now and its still playing up. It
