wrist pain

hello...my name is ansar.
I feel pain on my upper side of right hand wrist when i press on this area, due to using mouse. this is not continuous but when i press or bend my hand upwward. for more than 7 months i am feeling this pain.
please give me advice to overcome this.

You may have carpal tunnel syndrome or tendonitis.

Do not rest heel of hand on desk and then type or move mouse. This causes pressure on nerves in the wrist.
