i called tmobile because i was having network problems, and they fixed it.

but i talked to the cutest sound girl ever. she was by far the best tmobile help i have ever had...

if they had more employees that were that helpful and sweet, i would be an even happier customer.

if only i asked for her pin... lol.
 
battery pull, sim card in differnt phone ended up working. when i put it back in blackberry everything was ok.

and i am sure she tried something on her end.
