WOW real gm or fake gm?

I got whispered by a gm in wow telling me to go battlesafaty.net. I looked up the site and didn't find nearly any information on it at all. When i got to the site it was pretty much the same as battle.net and i just approached with caution. I still entered secure information into battlesafaty but immediatly afterwards merged by battlenet account. Any advice :S???? Not sure what I should do lol
