I haven't played my World of Warcraft account in a while, since I bought Vanilla and BC, I got two free months of play and that was it, I hadn't payed after that. Now that I try to log in it says the account was banned. Previous advice tells me that simply reactivating the account will unban it, but that's not my problem. My problem is that when I go to Create or Upgrade an account it says to either buy a new game or put in my key from my original bought games, but again previous advice tells me I can only use those keys once and that now they wont work. I am not buying another pair of games, so does anyone know how I can reactivate my subscription without buying the games again? Maybe calling customer support? Or can you give me specific directions from the battle.net menu?? PLEASE HELP!!!
