If we try to help you its bad, If we didnt try to help youd attack us saying we are supposed to be compassionate/selfess help others etc etc etc.

I dont think im qualified to help people because im Christian...I just like to try and help people, I was compassionate before coming a Christian
I dont read the bible and think ohh Im Christian so now I have some profound authority over others-it isnt like that
You call me a hipocrit but these comments that some athiests make in regards to Christians come from the exact same people that try to convert Christians to Athiesm- This is hipocricy
How is a Christians help any different to an Athiests help.
No I dont look down my nose at you. The reason we try to turn people to Christianity-Just as some Athiests try to covert Christians to Athiesm- we believe that following God has the potential for a more fulfilled and meaningful life and we just want others to partake in that
you say that Christians "Sin" More then athiests. That in fact is not true the only reason you make this judgement is that sin only applies to those religions that believe in it. I dont know about you but i've never heard an athiest say "I sin every day"
You generalise an entire faith upon the people who do the wrong thing. many Athiests call us judgemental. Christians are just like you which means we are just as much likely to do the wrong thing as you are. Although i think youll find if you do your research Non-Christians are infact more likely to commit unlawful deeds then Christians
You say that we are enforcing it down your thoats...thats a little bit hard considering this is over the internet. Figure of speech yes I know...But what we say are merely suggestions to what we believe is the right way-Just as I said before Athiests spend just as much time critising our faith. So really this is no founded accusation. Just a conflict in beliefs
Your not asking for our help? well firstly In other forum categories besides Religion and Spiriualality I havent seen a single question that asks for only athiests or non-Christians
Secondly This is the Religion and Spirituality category...Athiesm refers to neither. Arent you by asking a question in here supposed to get answers from other Religions
and please....by asking questions on Yahoo answers arent you expecting an answer...doesnt writing an answer/giving an opinion fall udner the category of trying to "Help"

For those who said we are intolerant...I was going through the list of questions...none insulted athiesm but many were based on crude toilet humour and other offensive material directed at God....who are you to judge that we are intolerant or "not accepting"

So anyway i figured i'd go through the list of questions and check out answers from Athiests/Christians alike. It seems that you have taken an idea, exagerated and stereo types it so that most Christians fall under the category. The first question in the forum came from a Christian whom God had communicated to in a dream one of the replies from an open Athiest was something like grouch came to me in a dream and said you should "Fuck off". Anyway kind of irrelevant but as I continued through the pages of questions, I found that In three pages of questions- One Christian stated that the author of another insulting question to God would "Go to hell" if he didnt believe. This was once out of endless of endless slander toward Christians and our faith. Also you say that Athiests are insulted by being told there going to hell, but since it does not exist ( accordingly to them) why should they be
insulted. If they do find it disrespectful (ok fair enough) all I can say is that if anybody is being more disrespectful, in general of course are the Athiests whom much more reguarly insult our intelligence/beliefs and implement a much more intolerent perspective on other religions.
