Wound on hand hurts when taking a shower?

I got two wounds on my hand from falling off of my bike and now theyre all fleshy but whenever i take a shower i feel a sharp pain inside my hands where the wound is at and it hurts really bad and this liquid comes out so i was wondering if this is normal and why this is happening. I put antibiotic ointment on them twice a day
