the contributions of all? cultures and races? The world history that we are taught has a more eurocentric slant to it. What do you think? For instance, a lot of people don't realize that the first world map was from China and Arabs made lots of contributions....the list goes on and on. I don't believe that a thorough enough world history is being taught.
 
That's actually the goal of most good humanities programs in college -

But what you are talking about isn't just one class - it's a few years of classes, maybe even decades.

But yes, I think it's a worthwhile goal.
