Bush is undoubtedly the exception. Generally speaking, Presidents are intelligent, educated men. Who would be the one to set the cutoff? There is no Constitutional justification for this.

Though personally, I would not vote for a candidate who I thought was less intelligent and educated than me. ∠°)
 
...mandatory I.Q. test? I mean...you know...after we've suffered from having George W. Bush as our president. It sounds like a common sense deterrent to never electing someone that moronic again.
 
Agreed! McCain/Palin should have never been in the running as dumb as they are! They would have destroyed this country beyond repair.

Sounds good. I would be happy to provide the test questions. Somehow I don't see many Republicans or Democrats getting by the economics or ethics parts in the test.
