...wellies to a halloween party ? I have this huge latex slicker with a large sou'wester and black Hunter rain boots that i like wearing when it pours,and would really like to wear this as
a costume on the weekend.The coat is heavy and warm but quite comfort-
able with a strong rubbery scent.Would you wear this?.
