both cars are black stick shifts, completely stock, honda prelude has 112,000 miles pontiac trans am has 90,000? whats you opinion?

Not unless your also getting cash. Hondas are far more reliable and retain their resale value very well. My friend had a 2000 pontiac trans am and it constantly had problems. He eventually sold it for really cheap. In my opinion your getting ripped. Honestly, you should be expecting some cash to come with the car. Good luck.

That depends on a lot of factors. In terms of upkeep, if they are exactly the same, I would rather have the honda. Hondas have much better lifespans than Pontiacs and are extremely easy to care for. I have a '90 Honda, and I have never had any serious problems with it... just small, insignificant things.
