Would you think its weird if your best friend asked you this?

I am a 16 year old guy. I am curious to know whether or not my best friend is circumcised. I want to just ask him. We are best friends and he would tell me anything, he would just probably think its a weird question.I would like to know how I should ask him this, and what you would think if asked this question.
 
You can ask him, but he might not know the answer, or answer incorrectly.
My freshman college roommate thought he wasn't... but he actually was. He'd just never seen an uncircumcised one, so he didn't know what the difference was, and his parents had never told him.
