Which types of media programs would that include? Video Games? Cartoons? Rap music? Should business be held responsible for selling a violent video game to a child or allowing a child to view a violent movie that holds a rating of needing parental permission without getting the parents permission? What do you feel about the rating system expanding from just movies to video games, TV shows, music, etc…?
