would you prefer reading a book in 1st person or 3rd?

1) If you wanted to read a book/story, what would you prefer? 1st person or 3rd person?

2) and if you wanted to write a story, which one would be easier?
 
i find first person easier to write and i like first person better as long as u can relate to the character
 
Omniscient (third person), it would be the easiest to write.

I really dont enjoy reading in first person because you get a limited point of view...third person, omniscient is much more interesting in my opinion

i think its easier to write in first person though because you only have to think about one characters feelings and its just one point of view
 
1) It depends, but it's nice reading in 3rd person omniscient because you know all of the character's feelings, but 1st person is nice because you can see from that person's point of view.

2) I'm currently trying (note: trying) to write 1st person, but it switches who is speaking every other chapter. It's hard, and I was thinking of changing it to 3rd.
