Would You pick a brand new SCION TC or a used ACURA TL ?

I wana buy a car. Im thinking about a brand new SCION TC or a used ACURA TL ( I cant affor brand new TL ). SO check out this picture i made :

Tell me which one should you go for ?

I would pick the TL but what if it brake down. its used. you never know plus it cost more gas
I would pick the TC but new car + 2 doors couple = expensive insurance
Note : If its just a about speed and look then I dont need to ask any question I would choose ACURA TL. But please look at other stuffs like insurance , gas or anything about economy or your own wallet
 
SCION TC. Very good on gas. Know a lot of people who have one. Very roomy and they cost under 13g's for a used one.
 
idk that's a hard one i think both are nice cars but i would get the tl its faster then the tc
