...get some feedback? I you were fed up with, lets say a utility company & you could write to them but don't have the time or inclination would you pay $5 to have someone complain for you?
 
If someone's too lazy to complain about something, they're probably going to be too lazy to pay someone else to complain for them. That's one confusing sentence.
