An electronics junkyard would be like a car junkyard where you can remove parts from discarded computers or other electronics, or even just take the whole thing. It would be a step in reducing E-Waste before industrial recycling methods are employed.
Would you pay an entrance fee, whereupon you could then take anything you wanted for free? What do you think would be a fair price to pay?
