Would you get surgery for sweaty palms or feet?

i'm 24. male. my hands and feet sweat easily. it's not that bad and mainly happens when anxoius/nervous, under stress or sometimes in intimate situations. the medical term for excessive sweating is hyperhidrosis

there is a surgery where they cut a nerve and it stops your hands from being able to sweat but it can make you sweat more on other parts of your body.

do girls care about this and should i get the surgery
 
I am 23 and have always had that problem too except I don't get sweaty hands intead I get really sweaty armpits and feet. I too thought it was a big deal, but now not so much. I learned how to control it better by applying a heavy layer of good antiperspirant to my underarms and always washing them out completely when I shower. I buy new socks and shoes more often. I always wear clean socks and I try to have at least 2 pairs of shoes that I alternate so one pair has more time to dry out. As far as girls go.. I don't think they care about the sweat so much as long as you don't shake their hands lol. No but seriously, the biggest thing to make sure of is that you don't stink!! It's up to you though..I mean if it's really bothering you then yeah look into surgery.
