Would you ever do something (like have sex or makeout) with a relative (if no one knew)?

My friend did stuff with his gf as well as his gf sister. he also told me that his gf and his gf sister also ate each other out. This makes me wonder: are people attractive to their relatives more then people think?
I don't think I would ever want to do that but I'm shocked about what my friend said.
