I think the DA would have it out for you if you did that and try to find a different charge to charge you with, like, I don't know, tampering with a corpse or something. HAHA.
Under the bill of rights a person cannot be tried for the same case twice. When case is closed you cannot be tried again 5 10 years later. So if a judge found you not guilty for murder you know you commited then case closed . Remember you cannot be tried twice. If your proven innocent then you will never be guilty for that one crime. so would you say right after proven innocent "Suckers i killed the man haha!!"
That would be stupid because the victim's family could them use that statment against you in civil court to take everything you have and lean on everything you make in the future.
