Time has been seen as supervening on change. If you take that on board, could you not come up with an ontology which was both dynamic and naturalistic without making any concessions to Hegelianism? And if you could do that, what would stop you from formulating something like analytic Marxism?
Would you distinguish between temporal supervenience and dialectic?
