Would you consider this a healthy lifestyle?

I'm not on a diet, this is how I eat normally, although I had a bit more sugar today than I normally do. I'm under 20, 5 5" and 156lbs, muscular.

(breakfast)
2 pieces of whole grain toast
banana
1 cup milk
1/2 cup (appox.) blueberries

(Training/post training)
two organic, naturally sweetened organic granola bars
pumpkin muffin with pumpkin seeds

(Lunch)
1/2 an oatmeal/fruit muffin
1 serving of cheese
1 atis (it's a vietnamese fruit)
a slice of bread
boiled egg

(Snack)
two and a half chocolate chip cookies
one cup of milk

(Dinner)
ribs.. don't know how many (10-12?)
cob of corn
baby carrots

(Dessert)
1/2 cup (appox.) grapes



Today's exercise: Cycing, 55km, roughly 1.5 hours, hilly
Was supposed to be 80km, but we got rained out with thunder and lightening

Weeks exercise: two long distance bike rides, one hill climbing training ride, one learn to race session, two casual rides (20-25K)
