Would you consider my ford mustang "riced out"?

First i am the fence with this car because i hate riced out cars. I do not have a pic. But its red ford mustang 2007 with 20 inch rims (black) and the calipers are red. And it has a white line on the side that says mustang which already came with the car when it was made. Would you consider this riced out for a mustang? i am thinking of selling it because of lame ricers
