would you commit perjury in a court of law?

In America I wouldn't have to. I could just sit there next to my attorney and never take the stand (sit by the judge and answer the prosecutors questions) and very very few people on trial ever do.

We have laws that protect us from crafty attorneys who could easily make someone "slip up" and thus appear to be guilty by twisting around whatever that person just said.

Our attorneys battle it out for us. Look at O.J.

But to answer your question....HELL YEAH - I would say whatever was necessary to keep my butt out of a Federal Penetentiary here.

And don't think for one second that that judge up there wouldn't do the same thing too.

No, because it would be lying and 'Do not lie' is one of the 10 commandments.

I myself, as a victim of crime, would be extremely hurt to discover that someone had commited perjury for a guilty defendant.

We all want to protect the ones we love but sometimes we must act with tough love - in protecting justice, protecting the public and protecting any guilty defendant.

I STRONGLY urge you not to do perjury as it is a CRIME!

Please!!! xxx
