an utterly confused heart.

A story unheard of.
With an open mind i let you in,
with a blissful smile, a relationship did begin.
with a start to fast,
a deadly blow you cast.
first minute "i love you"
and "i love you too"
by our loves were not the same,
and now i have left you in pain.
No more than a friend,
the relationship must end.
so on day three,
I had to set you free.
Free from future pain,
free from me, the utterly insane.
But so far you fell,
and though you say you are well,
I worry that a lasting scare was left.
I hope i did not hurt you,
because as a friend you are true.
but never can we be more.
so i hope your heart is not tore.
In two days,
the love was taken away.
But only with time,
will things be fine.
