My father won't let me get a Ninja 250R, because he says it's a bullet bike. I thought that the problem with "bullet bikes" was that they have waaaaay too much power...and a 250 is not going to have that problem. What could I tell him that would change his mind? He would rather I get a Honda xr650, or something like that. I don't see the reasoning for getting a 650 vs a 250, just because one looks like a sportbike.
I've been riding dirtbikes since I was 4, so there isn't any worries about control or anything, and i don't want a Ninja to go streetrace...I just love the way it looks and I love the Kawasaki bikes in general. Any help is greatly appreciated.
