Would you buy a 2005 Cadillac STS with 92k miles for $9000?

Here is the deal. I am a work at home mom with very little need to go out, except the grocery store, which is only 2 minutes away from the house. The gas station is right across the street from that. We have a lot of restaurants and shopping on the next street over. We likely will travel twice this year, if that. I know for sure that we will be taking a 5 hour drive to pick up a dog. Oh and I have to go up to the college which is 9 minutes away 3 times a week. Other than that...I have no real need for driving except appointments (doctors, dentists, etc.) My daughter's day care is also 4 minutes up the road.

My current car is a 99 Nissan Maxima (her name is Lucky Lucy), which I have had for forever is at 278k miles and I need to put her in the shop and get a lot of stuff done. While I am not going to get rid of it, it is quite the smooth ride, I just want to fix it up.

I have not yet taken the STS for a test drive, but I will be going this weekend. I have it on hold. I just don't want to be the idiot that buys this car and the dealer is only offering a 1000 mile warranty, but luckily no cut off date, and the car just dies after the 1k miles.I will not likely travel 1000 miles in a whole year. So basically, I am wanting to put $2500-$3000 down with the hopes of paying it off by August. The guy said no interest, so that helped! Carfax says that it was serviced at a Cadillac dealership like every 4 months. That is what makes me like it even more is that it has been well-taken care of.

Help please, I do not want to take an hour drive in Lucy for nothing.

TIA
Thanks, KBB says its worth 13,365 so I would be getting it very cheap. I think that is quite worth it! But then the question of longevity comes up. I don't know anyone with a Cadillac and I do not know how they hold up. I tried doing research, but apparently my skills are horrible. :-)
